1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.

The Site provides information about Keystone and our offerings, which may include:

advisory and consulting services;
information about our sovereign and open-source aligned digital workplace approach;
resources, insights, announcements, and updates;
ways to contact us, request a demo, or discuss pilots.

Nothing on the Site is a binding offer unless we agree in writing. Any services are provided under a separate written agreement (e.g., proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement).

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the updated “Effective date”. Continued use means you accept the changes.

We may have filed (or may file) patent applications and/or maintain confidential know-how relating to governance, compliance-by-default workflows, evidence generation, policy enforcement, and related capabilities. Nothing on the Site grants you a licence to our patents, patent applications, or confidential information unless we agree in writing.

7. Third-party links and references

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, services, or open-source projects. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.

8. Enquiries, demos, pilots, and letters of support

If you submit an enquiry, request a demo, discuss a pilot, or provide a letter of support/expression of interest:

your submission is not confidential unless we agree otherwise in writing (e.g., under an NDA);
any roadmap statements or timelines are indicative and may change;
pilots/betas (if offered) may be subject to additional terms.

You confirm you have authority to act for your organisation when you submit business enquiries or letters of support.

9. No professional advice

Content on the Site is general information only and is not legal, financial, security, compliance, or professional advice. You should obtain independent advice for your circumstances.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”;
we don’t guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free availability;
we don’t guarantee any capability described will be delivered on a particular timeline or at all, unless agreed in a written contract.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity arising from or connected with your use of the Site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited (at our option) to:
resupplying the relevant services; or
paying the cost of having the services supplied again,
to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability, please report it to info@keystonedigital.com.au with enough detail for us to investigate. Please don’t publicly disclose it until we’ve had a reasonable chance to respond.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW and the Commonwealth of Australia.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
These Terms form the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site, except where separate written agreements apply.
